RNA-seq analysis with Bioconductor

FIXME: This lesson introduces the learner to RNA-seq analysis with Bioconductor.

Prerequisites

  • Familiarity with R, for example corresponding to the ‘Introduction to R’ module.
  • Familiarity with statistical hypothesis testing (e.g., t-tests) and p-values.
  • Familiarity with the biological basics of gene expression and RNA sequencing.
